Kelly Ripa Astronaut! NASA would be so glad to have her, but instead, she had chosen to be the Grand Marshall for New York’s Halloween parade. She looked great.
Kelly Ripa was that crazy girl dressed up as an astronaut Thursday as she headed out to act as Grand Marshall for New York’s Halloween parade. The 43-year-old mother-of-three looked stunning as she walked out and mingled with the crowd.
The blonde star teamed her NASA jumpsuit with glittering black high heels, a black and silver necklace, collection of colourful bracelets and full make-up.
The TV presenter was joined by children Joaquin, 10, and 12-year-old Lola as she left her apartment, handing round candy and toothbrushes. Joaquin was dressed as a skeleton, while Lola wore a maid’s outfit and looked excited about her evening ahead.
The annual event, which was cancelled last year after the devastating effects of Superstorm Sandy, was attended by tens of thousands of people all dressed in a variety of eye-catching outfits.
The popular talk show host had earlier sported an array of costumes on her ABC show alongside co-host Michael Strahan Most memorably, Kelly and her six foot five co-host opened their extravaganza for the spooky holiday recreating Miley Cyrus’s infamous VMA performance alongside Robin Thicke.
The parade, which took place in Greenwich Village, was attended by tens of thousands of people according to reports Kelly embodied a flawless Miley, twerking and grinding up on her co-host in the same teddy bear basque Miley wore at the MTV awards.
In fact, Kelly, 43, could have well passed for the 20-year-old “We Can’t Stop star,” looking youthful with her hair up in tiny buns like the controversial singer. Just
like Miley, the mother-of-three got touchy feely with Michael with the aid of a foam finger as they danced to Thicke’s hit song Blurred Lines.
Michael looked straight ahead at the camera as Kelly licked her foam finger.
Kelly showed off her ripped body in a nude latex bra and knickers. But she later striped down completely to spoof Miley’s controversial video clip for her other hit song, Wrecking Ball. Miley and Robin were not the pair’s only costumes for the show.
The dynamic duo also changed a whopping 50 times for their ‘Wrecking Ball’ Halloween special on Thursday.
As well as Miley and Robin, the pair also embodied other famous duos, including Tiger Woods and Lindsay Vonn, and the world’s most talked about couple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
