Built in 2007, the contemporary wood, glass and steel house has an open plan, high ceilings, four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and 5,634 square feet of living space. There is a swimming pool, a fire pit, an outdoor flat-screen TV and two patios.
Hewitt, 34, starred in the supernatural drama “Ghost Whisperer” from 2005 to 2010 and has starred as a single mother and masseuse in the Lifetime network series “The Client List” since last year.
Todd Marks of Prudential California in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Stamie Karakasidis of Rodeo Realty represented Hewitt.
In December, Hewitt sold her deceased mother’s Toluca Lake estate for $2.150 million. She also listed for lease the Spanish style home across the street from her mom’s place.
Hewitt stars in “The Client List,” a job that inspired her grandma to affectionately call her favorite “little TV ho.”
